The uptime brief
About NV TECHSOL
We started in 2016 fixing what other suppliers dropped at reception and drove away from. Ten years on, the model hasn't changed: put the commitment in writing, then beat it.
Company
The story
NV TECHSOL began as two engineers and a repair bench in Noida, serving offices whose “authorised partners” quoted five-day turnarounds for dead machines. We won clients one emergency at a time — by showing up the same afternoon.
The turning point was writing our response commitments into a contract in 2018 instead of promising them verbally. Clients stopped asking whether we’d show up and started handing us whole estates. Rentals followed in 2020, emergency hardware dispatch in 2022, and managed IT in 2024.
Today we hold stock across NCR, run our own field engineering team and keep a service register clients can read. The bench is still downstairs. It still gets used.
How we operate
VAL/01
If we won't commit to it in a contract, we don't say it in a pitch.
VAL/02
Client time is the most expensive component in any system. We restore service first and fix hardware on our own clock.
VAL/03
Every asset, ticket and visit lives in one register the client can see. Reporting is the product, not an afterthought.
VAL/04
The hotline is staffed by people who can fix the problem, not route it.
