The uptime brief
Emergency delivery
A dead laptop before a board meeting. A failed switch on payroll day. Call the hotline and we confirm what we have in stock and when we can get it to you — then an engineer installs it and verifies it works, rather than leaving a box at reception.
What we can arrange
Locations outside the zone are quoted case-by-case.
What we can source
Availability is confirmed when you call — current-generation business hardware, sourced and prepared for your environment where stock allows.
i5/i7 business laptops, prepared to join your domain or MDM where available.
High-spec units to help keep design and engineering seats productive during repairs, where available.
Switches, access points and firewalls to bring a downed office segment back.
SSDs, RAM, PSUs, docks and display panels for common enterprise models.
When you call
EM/01
One number, answered by an engineer — not an IVR maze. State what's down and where.
EM/02
We confirm current availability and share an ETA before dispatching, with live tracking once on the way.
EM/03
Once dispatched, our engineer installs the device, joins it to your environment and confirms it's working.
Answered by an engineer, 8 AM – 10 PM, 7 days a week. AMC clients are dispatched first.
Before the next emergency
Put your estate under an AMC or rental plan and emergency dispatch is included — with priority queueing.
