What we collect
We collect only the information you submit through this website and the technical data needed to serve it:
- Quote and contact forms: company name, contact person, phone, email, city, requirement details, procurement preference, any uploaded BOQ file, and your message.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Technical data: IP address and user-agent, used transiently for spam prevention and rate limiting; standard server logs retained for security.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare the quote you requested — this is the sole purpose of form data.
- To send the newsletter you subscribed to, until you unsubscribe.
- To protect the website against abuse (rate limiting, spam filtering).
- To meet legal and accounting obligations where an enquiry becomes a commercial engagement.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered by email to our sales inbox (info@nvtechsol.com) and handled by the team responsible for your enquiry. Uploaded BOQ files are transmitted as email attachments and are not published or stored on the public website.
We use reputable infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) as processors. They process data on our instructions and under their own security commitments.
Retention
Enquiry emails are retained for up to 24 months so we can honour quote validity and follow-ups, then deleted unless a commercial relationship requires longer retention. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Security logs are retained for up to 90 days.
Your rights
Subject to applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for the newsletter at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@nvtechsol.com with the subject line 'Privacy request'. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
This website stores one item in your browser's local storage: your dark/light theme preference. It contains no personal data and is never transmitted to us. If analytics are introduced in future, this policy will be updated before they go live.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS with HSTS). Form processing includes server-side validation, rate limiting and spam filtering. Access to enquiry data is limited to staff who need it to respond.

We may update this policy as the website or the law changes. The effective date above always reflects the current version; material changes will be noted on this page.
